Our Process

  • Step 1

    Kickoff

    You will meet with an Account Manager, and run through key objectives for growing your LinkedIn. You will complete onboarding materials, and your Account Manager will be in touch with follow up details.

  • Step 2

    Voice

    Within the first 14 days, we will fully establish your LinkedIn voice and persona. This includes video interview sessions, sample article writing, sample comments, and more to ensure “we” become “you” on LinkedIn.

  • Step 3

    Presentation

    Your Account Manager will present to you monthly content strategy and schedule. Once signed off, we will begin.

  • Step 4

    Placement

    Each month we will review the content strategy, results from the previous month strategy, and go forward learnings and revisions to the next month’s strategy.

  • $3000 is our flat rate for all roles, and fully inclusive of local taxes, compliance, benefits, insurance, and technology (laptop, iPhone). We can even charge your credit card monthly to make it easy.

  • 14 days or less is how long it takes us to recruit, background check, English proficiency screen, skill test and interview prospective candidates. You will interview our top 2 candidates, and make the final hiring decision.

  • We require a fully refundable $500 deposit to get started with the hiring process. The 14 day hiring process will kick off immediately after. This deposit will be refunded if you do not hire anyone, or applied as a discount to your first invoice. All contracts are month to month, however we do require a 90 day commitment to start. We also offer annual contract discounts of 10%, and multi-assistant discounts of 10%. Payment by credit card is standard, and due at the beginning of each month.

  • We have built our talent center in the Philippines. The Filipino community is one of higher education, good work ethic, perfect English, and American sensibilities. All Assistants work in the time zone of your choice, whether that be EST, CST, PST. That is up to you!

  • Yes. We are the legal employer of record of your Assistant. While the Assistant works for you, they legally and technically work for us. We have a business entity in the Philippines that ensures we are fully compliant with local laws and regulations. You pay us, we pay the Assistant. We also guarantee this is 100% IRS compliant.

  • All Assistants work 40 hours per week, typically 9AM - 5PM / Monday - Friday. All Assistants work in the time zone of your choice, whether that be EST, CST, PST. That is up to you!

  • Up to you. Each Assistant has an iPhone, so you can communicate via iChat, Text, Slack, WhatsApp, Phone, Facetime, Zoom, Teams, Gmail, Canva, Notion, Monday, etc. Think back to when we were all "work from home," same thing.

  • On average messages are responded to in 3 minutes or less, during normal working hours. Tasks are completed as efficiently as possible, just as you would expect from any normal, college educated, US based team member to do. Your Assistant has the necessary skills and work experience needed to support you, your business, and your required tasks, duties and overall job responsibilities.

  • Almost anything. When you onboard and speak with your Account Manager, be sure to list out exactly what you want the Assistant to do for you, what type of communication style you like, and what type of software you want them to use.

  • Yes, each Assistant is dedicated to working exclusively for you and only you during normal working hours.

  • • Speak with your Account Manager, and we will take care of everything. All contracts are month to month, with annual pricing available. If on a monthly contract, you can fire the Assistant at any time and terminate the SOW with us. We encourage all clients to start on month to month contracts, before they move onto annual contracts.

    • We do also have a Perfect Fit Guarantee, which means no matter the contract, we will swap out your Assistant at any time, for any reason. If there are any skill based or personality based issues that you would like to address with your Assistant, we will provide additional training and support to the Assistant immediately. You will always be in regular contact with your American based Account Manager that communicates regularly with the Assistants, and with Local Talent Managers, who are based in the Philippines.

  • Yes, all assistants have vacation time, and while they are on vacation, we will fill their role with an Substitute Assistant, or prorate the month in which vacation is taken. Your choice! Assistants do not take any vacation time during the first six months of working with a new client. You will be provided at least 30 days notice, before any time off is taken.

  • Yes, all assistants are provided very competitive and above average benefits which covers healthcare, eye, dental, etc.

  • We hire the top 1% of talent that apply for our roles. We recruit the best of the best, because our reputation allows us to get the very best applicants to apply. Philippines based talent love what they do, and our roles always pay above market. We have a couple key things that set us apart and make talent love working for us such as job security, above market wages & benefits, work from home option, no boiler room setting, free Mac or Dell laptop, free iPhone, free annual week-long trip to America to visit you, path to USA citizenship w/ Visa sponsorship program, 100% dedicated to one job & one company & one client.

  • We have a team of Recruiters and local Account Managers that live in the Philippines, and know the local culture, customs, and hiring practices. Our multi-part vetting process ensures you only work with the top 1% of talent.

    Application Screening: We review all applications to ensure they meet our minimum experience requirements including at least 2 years of work experience, experience with remote work, and experience working with US clients.

    Initial Interview: During the initial interview, we screen for verbal communication skills & English fluency, professionalism & personality, punctuality, availability, audio & video quality, and experience & skills.

    Testing: If the candidate passes the initial interview, they must pass a series of 6 tests: written test, situational test, typing speed test, internet speed test, backup connection test, and device test.

    Final Interview: During the final interview, we screen for culture fit, comprehension skills, and deep dive into their experience with specific tech stacks, industries, and past clients. You will then interview our top 2 candidates, if you would like, or you can hire our top pick, your choice.
